Delete in the app (fastest)

1. Open PoolTransit and sign in.
2. Go to Profile → Delete my account, and confirm.

Your account and all associated personal data are permanently and immediately erased. This cannot be undone.

Or request deletion by email

If you can't access the app, email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my account", from your registered email address or including the phone number on your account. We will verify it's you and erase your data within 7 days.

What is deleted

Everything that identifies you: your profile (name, email, phone, gender, UPI ID, city, default stops); ride requests, bookings, matches, and chat messages; notification/device tokens and preferences; blocks, reports, no-show and conduct records, feedback, and usage records; and your referral data (code, Founding Member number, who-invited-whom).

What may be retained

• Nothing that identifies you. We keep no financial data and require no ID/KYC.
• We may keep aggregate, de-identified statistics, and records we are legally required to retain.
